Rooms have two queen beds, microwaves, refrigerators, coffeemakers, toasters but no stoves. They are $115.50 including tax for two people per night. There is a $15 per night charge for each extra person plus tax. Any time that a guest joins you to visit, swim, or to stay and use the facility the office must be notified. Anything more than 4 hours per guest will result in a charge of 10.00 to 15.00 fee per person or pet depending on the type of useage. Children under 3' stay for free. The rooms are non smoking, no pets allowed, no frying or grilling in rooms or on the concrete outside your room..
