All occupancy rates are daily for the number of persons stated or fewer. There is a $12.00 + tax per day charge for each additional guest.

Our new motel is now opened! The rooms have two queen beds, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, toasters but no stoves. They are $86 plus tax for two people per night. There is a $12.00 + tax per night charge for extra people. Children 6 and under stay for free. The rooms are non smoking and no pets allowed.

FYI

There is a three day minimum on all cottages and mobile homes, unless open for fewer days between reservations. Or two days with cleaning fees. Other accommodations available on a daily rental basis except on holiday weekends, then there is a three day minimum.

One day's deposit is required on all advance reservations. Deposits are not returnable unless reservations are cancelled ten days prior to date of arrival. A 10% processing fee will be held on all canceled reservations. 30 Day cancellation policy for the months of March, April, and major holidays.

Advance reservations are expected to pay for the number of days reserved. Payment is due upon check-in. (No exceptions!)

There is no charge for children six years or younger. Cribs are available if reserved in advance.

Pets are allowed but there will be a $12 per day charge for each pet + tax. Kennels are required.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. on day of arrival.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on day of departure.

Our area is dry. Beer and liquor cannot be purchased locally. You may want to plan ahead.

Reservations are taken during the months we are closed. Leave your name and phone number on the recorder. We will promptly return your call and make your reservation.
